Yes, well as we continue on our journey through madness and insanity, i have this cool little interview thingy that has questions submitted by noonatics from afar and I. Thanks to those who helped. My questions aren't the ones to provoke lewd answers. Theirs are.

  What inspired u to join the group Mr. Novak??
well I was there, and they were there, and suddenly alan wrigley (the bass player), asked me to help them out because their singer hadn't shown up, and i thought to myself, which is where I do a lot of my thinking, you know to myself, because with some of the stuff I think, it's better to keep it to myself or I will go to jail for a long time, and the next thing you know I was a singer in a rock and roll band and wanted to be the boss and get the better looking girls to meet me in the parking lot.

How was the music u recorded chosen??
well the first couple af albums were the song s which we had been doing onstage for years. then we started to get songs sent to us by the best songwriters in the world and not me.

What was your fave song to record??
I enjoyed the whole process. we always had a good time in the recording studio.

Were any of your recorded vocals varispeeded??
Not that I know of?
as they were reproduced and copied, some of them have sped up, just like some singers hair leaves their heads more qquickly than others, and some men are back at home while I am still working.

Any HH recordings where u play an instrument??
Oh yes many many, but I don't want to claim any. If there is something good that you hear, that is most likely me. The bum notes and bad chords and the mistakes are probably someone else as far as I can recall.

Tell me something about Micky Most's record producing style.
he was very very quick and the idea was to recapture the energy onto the magnetic tape. way back then I had lots of energy, and I still do on Thursdyas.

Will "One of the Glory Boys" be available on cd??
I will try to get Sony to let me licence it from them, but they always make you preorder 5000 copies which is more than bought it when it came out the first time.

WOuld u ever retire from singing to write a book?
No I write my book on the plane, and I need many more hours to finish it.

U gonna write any new stuff to record?? Perhaps with Natalie??
Yes I will do some new stuff when I get off the road with Natalie I hope. Iusually get the things started and then get someone to finish it for me.

Do u plan to sing the Diamonds song at a show??
Nah. It is unknown. I will whistle it in the shower for you!

U said in an interview before that in the movie Hold On, the ending was cut short and it was supposed to have a different one- what was it??
I was going to do a big sex scene with Shelly Fabares, but she declined and said she would only do it if there was a film crew there, and then she went home.

When u originally performed with HH back in da day, u pretty much stood still on stage- 2nd time around you're wild- what gives??
I did not stand still. I had a very short mike wire, and my trousers were too tight. Most of my moves were of the 'inner type' and i was an absolute seething wriggling trouser monster.

If u had to interview yourself, what would u want to know that most fans don't already know? (thats an invitation for a witty response)
i would ask myself...Peter how come you have the body of a 17 year old Chppendales stripper? Then..Why do you leave it at home and only show the whirled that old piece of rubbish?

Are u ever scared of your fans?? (I am!)
Yes I am sometimes scared of fans, but most of mine are quite nice and well behaved, so I always go after other singers fans.

What could fans do to help u out most? (other than making jana quit secretly buying those bogus cds, cuz she loves barry's voice, hehe)
Just be there for me, when I need you and leave me alone when I don't. Just kidding. I would like to be able to count on you all to show up when I am sad.

What did u do with that fab leather jacket u wore during Tremblers? (cover of Heartbeat, I would be happy to take it off your hands)
I gave the trousers to Cedrics of Hollywood Museum, and the jacket was made into a bra for davy Jones and a wallet for Bobby Sherman.
