They are very durable and great if you are all wet out of the pool
The only problem I have with Neoprene is it is very hot. With them install I found myself sweating up the back of my shirt more often on hot days. Great for winter but not in Texas with 100 degree days.
So, now I just put them on and off depending if I am going swimming or not.
