Welcome to Le Hérisson, Salisbury's very own café brasserie and delicatessen. Situated close to the Cathedral gates, just off of the High Street, Le Hérisson was initially opened in 1993 with the intention of retailing fine food within a friendly atmosphere. We are open from 9:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Saturdays.
