Inside the new work has just began, the interior of the building was almost totally demolished for the new floor plan and mechanical systems.
Hole in the roof is for duct penetration from one of the four 25 tons air conditioning units that will serve the building.

Many of the floor penetrations that had to be cut for ductwork thru the floors.

There were plenty of duct runs snaking throught the buildings zoned system.
