The Day We Signed The Contract - Proud New Homeowners!

This is our new house!  We moved in late September 2000 and are happy and proud first time home-owners.  The pictures shown are actually of the model of our home - someday we plan to take photos of our house, but these will have to do for now!

We had a choice of three "elevations" for the outside appearance of our house, this is the one we chose, so it will actually look a little different than the photo above.

The formal living room at the entry to the house.  We chose not to have the fireplace you see against the wall - we didn't really think it was necessary in the Arizona climate.  The living room has 20 foot ceilings and a huge arched window - making it feel very large, bright and open.

The kitchen.  We chose the same cabinets, countertops and appliances as the model home we photographed, so this is exactly what our kitchen will look like.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and, like the formal living room, has 20 foot ceilings.

The family room is sunken, three steps lead down to it from the dining area.  Through the arched doorway is a half bath and the laundry room - which leads to a two car garage.  The wall not showing has a patio door which opens to the backyard.

Master Bath - notice the huge oval tub!!!   Opposite this is the walk-in-closet.

Guest Bedrooms - the second one is an office - soon to be the nursery.
