If You Can Believe Your Eyes and Ears

I'm Afraid This Is Just A Clever Hoax

But It Is Still Quite Chilling To Watch

I have chosen, after much thought and indecision, to post the following link here on this page. You can judge for yourselves whether or not the video clip is an authentic depiction of the first two minutes of Timothy McVeigh's execution. The explanation given by the hackers as to how they managed to pull their scheme off makes a great deal of sense. Not only that, but, although the chilling video is blurry for most of the time, there are moments when you can see very clear features. It's quite disturbing and I personally believe that the footage is the real thing. You can hear the audio quite distinctly, which adds a harrowing aspect to it. The reason I decided to post this is to show people just how lurid and terrible capital punishment is and how it keeps us all enslaved. This is not the same video that was available hours after the execution and had a bad virus attached to it. That is long gone. Viewing this clip will not give your system a virus. WARNING: This video clip is NOT suitable for children or very sensitive people. Please use discretion.

Just below is a photo of a distressed woman who protested McVeigh's execution and is moved to tears upon hearing that he was pronounced dead:

I heard a lecture by Vidal on Australian ABC radio while he was out here a couple of months ago. I haven't been able to find a transcript as yet, although I have requested one just now.

IIRC he seems to feel that McVeigh was so disgusted by the actions of the FBI at Waco that he believed that he was justified in taking an atrocious action against the Government in return.

Vidal professes admiration for the extent of McVeigh's reading and his knowledge of history and politics. He says that he believes that McVeigh may well not have been the one who actually planted or detonated the bomb, that the FBI were ell aware of this, and that McVeigh remained silent out of loyalty to his fellow conspirators. I thought he said that he did attend the excution as a witness, but I may be wrong about this.

I don't recall getting the impression that he thought McVeigh was a hero in the act of the bombing, but that he had "heroic" qualities, and was largely a victim of his co-conspirators himself.

Sorry if this is incomplete, it was a couple of months ago.

Cheers,
Craig

Craig is from the UK and often posts in the alt.activism.death=penalty Usenet newsgoup. It smacks of a government conspiracy. Between all the facts emerging and because of the McVeigh Tragedy website, I am quickly and totally swayed toward the theory that Tim didn't act alone at all.
