Ritual Casting

Alter set up:
East- Candle, Incense (Dragon’s Blood)
South- Candle, Fire
West- Candle, water
North- Candle, salt

Light the candles and Call the Saints

Standing facing east:
"Hail to the guardians of the watchtowers of the East, the element of Air.
Archangel Raphael, may your knowledge guide me, Blessed Be."
     -or-
"Arcesso custos oriens elementum aeris
Angelus, Raphael sino notitia ductor me beatus "

Facing south:
"Hail to the guardians of the watchtowers of the South, the element of Fire.
Archangel Michael, may your spirit guide me, Blessed Be."
     -or-
"Arcesso custos oriens elementum
Angelus Michael, sino notitia ductor me beatus "

Facing West:
"Hail to the guradians of the watchtowers of the West, the element of Water.
Archangel Gabriel, may your wisdom guide me, Blessed Be."
     -or-
"Arcesso custos oriens elementum
Angelus Gabriel, sino notitia ductor me beatus"

Facing north:
"Hail to the guradians of the watchtowers of the North, the element of Earth.
Archangel Uriel, may your strength guide me, Blessed Be."
     -or-
"Arcesso custos oriens elementum
Angelus Uriel, sino notitia ductor me beatus"

"I cast this circle to protect me from all energies & forces on any level that may come to do me harm. I draw into this circle only the energies and forces that are right for me & the most correct for my work."

Stand in the center of the circle:
Facing East, extend the arms to the side to form a cross with the whole body and say:

“Before me, Uriel,
Behind Me, Gabriel.
On My Right is Raphael.
On my Left is Michael.
I Hail To Thee. O’ Arch Angels, to Come to this Sacred place and bind it with your powers!
I beseech thee O’ archangels to protect this Circle,
As the air is my breath, the fire my spirit, the water my blood, and the earth my body.

Mark in the air a pentacle with tool.
"From above (pointing athame/wand upwards) and From Below" (touching ground with athame/wand)

"Thrice around the circle's bound, evil sink into the ground.
The circle is cast. We are between the worlds, beyond the bounds of time.
Unfriendly beings, unwanted guests, Begone!
Go, or be destroyed by the powers of Earth, Fire, Air and Sea, and by the powers of Life and Death and Rebirth.
I banish you!
Blessed Be!"
