Welcome to AggieWebLand!

The Academic Building, built 1914 Texas A&M is a Top Ten university located in College Station, Texas. Its main campus has an enrollment of 43,000 undergraduate students (1996), and the nation's largest enrollment along with its system schools in Galveston, Corpus Christi, Prairie View, Kingsville, Laredo, Stephenville, & Canyon. Enrollment is currently 56% male. The Corps of Cadets, the largest outside of the national service academies, is 7% female and 21% minority. A&M consistently ranks in the top 5 schools in research funding and enrollment of National Merit Scholars, and has been rated as the second best educational value in the nation (1996).

A&M students are known for being conservative, hard-working, career-minded, and responsible, with one of the nation's lowest student loan default rates.
