It's been a few months since I last dropped by, Barry. I'm still
awaiting the publication of my novel, which should be any time now.
Hope things are well with you.

I came across your website via the Erica House Publishers site.
You have a very well done and extensive site. I have a novel coming out
with America House in 2001, Erica House's sister publishing division. I
was interested in seeing what other Erica House/America House writers
have accomplished. Very good.

Barry, you really must meet or at least go along and see your
namesake, Barry Smith, in action. The other Barry Smith is an amazing
Christian evangelist who deals with the prophecies of the Bible and how
they are lining up with world events, particularly with the coming
cashless society, the Mark of the Beast and the Middel East crisis.
Barry you would find your namesake absolutely fascinating. He, too, has
his own website where you will be able to check out where he is on his
current world itinerary. He draws crowds in the thousands. All good
stuff. The website is: www.barrysmith.org.nz.

Barry Smith, as he washes notices a strange pentagram on his
arm. It will not wash off.
This is a spell of binding - any magical or supernatural forces
summoned by BS will immediately
rebound on him. The spell is cast by an Ipssissimus of the Higher
Realms and cannot be broken
revoked, or repelled by any mortal or immortal creature.
We are deadly serious Mr Smith and your defiance is endangering your
pet.
Behave and watch your mail.

Under cover of darkness on a stormy night three strange and
sinister figures creep through the shadows and pterodactyl nap Manilow.
Will the mystery be solved before Manilow hits the pot, the brown stuff
hits the fan and Spielberg films this book?

Bursting through the door with his collar open for delectable
vampish ires the smogthing recoils in horror, dropping his recently
amputated mole on the floor.
No it is not the toad like slavens thing in a Huff mask munching pop
rocks on the corner, nor is it the presence of the leather clad macgarp
whipping a partially crocheted Syndney Harth in the dungeons
Nor is it the book which looks seriously spooky.
No no no Smoggy says reaching for a batter pudding sandwich.
The horror the sheer horror is the tie! Where did you get that
tie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mrs Maniac? You let him go out in that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Smoggy now knows why Barry has so many nightmares.

Wonderful site! Terrific chapter one! I am going to try to find
it in our bookstore. Unfortunately we have only one small bookstore
around my area. I can't wait to read more, these are the kind of books
that keep me reading! Too much "scenery" bores me. Keep up the great
work, I WILL be back! Love, Linda
