Rules (may be adapted later when I get the hang of this webmaster deal):
Sites should be about mystery books, authors, etc.
The code has to be working (I will make a cool graphic link when I get a chance) and on a page that is easily accessible to the public:
in other words, either on your main page or on a page designated for webring links where people can see it.
Site cannot be "under construction" - Most websites are ever growing, but I don't want the whole site to have these tags everywhere.
There must be some substance already on the page.
