Rules (may be adapted later when I get the hang of this webmaster deal):
Sites should be collections of quotes with credit given to their respective sources.
The code has to be working and on the page you submit to the ring:
It is too hard to search though your sites to find the navigation bar.
Site cannot be "under construction" - Most websites are ever growing, but I don't want the whole site to have these tags everywhere.
There must be some substance already on the page.
