Now you too can have professionally custom painted figures!  Here is our simple 4 step process to placing & completing a painting commission with Hesperax Studios.  On this temp site all orders will be placed through e-mail, below are all the details on what we will need to quickly process your order.

TO "PROPERLY" PLACE AN ORDER FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

STEP 1: WHAT DO YOU WANT &  HOW?

Please make sure to include the following information about the project:
1)  What figure(s) do you want painted?  eg. High Elf Warriors
2)  What is the total unit size going to be?  eg.16
3)  Is the unit to include a command or leader(s) of any sort?  eg. Yes, champion, standard, musician
4)  How would you like the model(s) armed? eg. spears & shileds for troops, sword for champion
5)  At what quality would you like the above to be painted (refer to price guide)?  eg. Tournament
6)  In what color scheme would you like the model(s) painted?  eg. blue & white like in the army book
7)  Any additional notes, questions or special requests?  eg. Please leave the bases blank & use the star emblem on the shields.

STEP 2: HOW CAN WE SAVE YOU TIME & MONEY?

Please let us know which promotions you will be using to save:
1)  Would you like to pay in full to get 5% off the painting price?
2)  Would you like a membership to save you 10% off the painting price?
3)  Would you would want any rear ranks painted at a lower quality to get the BIGGEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK?
4)  We can purchase the figures here so shipping is free & we can get started on your project asap.
5)  If you will be sending us the figures, will you be speeding things up by cleaning, assembling, priming & basing the figures yourself, or would you like us to do it?
6)  Would you like us to get up early & stay up late so we get you figures painted in 1/2 the time for an extra 30% the painting price?
7)  Will your painting commission total to be $500.00 or more so that you get a free painted general?
8)  Would you like to make small monthly payments instead of having to pay one lump sum?

STEP 3: ORDER CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT

STEP 4: QUALITY APPROVAL & FINAL PAYMENT

Once we have completed your order (or a poriton of it)
1)  On or before the due date, we will send you pictures of your painted models for approval.
2)  Once you are totally happy with the paint job you pay the remaining balance, then we carefully package each figure in bubble wrap & ship them within 48 hours.
