In the UK any peopel have spent years and years in childrens homes and mental hospitals, thay have been subjected to sexual and violent atacks,torture,neglegt,phsycological intimidation and even slavery. Many spend years on the streets and die there and d not reiceve treatment. I beleive it is part of the English class System.
