To our loyal and devoted personnel

Colonel Nepi and I have been touched and heartened by your efforts this year in our gutter cause.

It has been especially gratifying to see so many of you working so hard at improving the gutter, either through finding new gutter addresses or adding to our facilities. And it has also been rewarding having a more constant interaction with you all.

We would like to wish you and your families a very merry Christmas and a happy new year, and hope that we will be priviliged to work with you again in 2003.
