General Spadershanks and Colonel Nepi
Set in a prime location in the Gutter, General Quarters is the official residence of General Spadershanks, OIC, Gutter Gate Command, and Colonel Nepi, 2IC, Gutter Gate Command and OIC, GG-1.
The imposing formal entry is in keeping with an official residence.
A sprawling living area with soaring high ceilings is the perfect place to entertain important guests.
Including a fireplace to warm the rooms for guests from worlds with warmer climates than our own.
A formal dining area for state occasions.
And a more casual space for informal dinners.
In order to host those state dinners, a wine cellar is a necessity.
As is a gourmet kitchen.
A library, to retire to after state dinners so as to enjoy a fine cigar and a brandy.
Guest quarters for visiting VIPs can be accessed by the front staircases.
For security reasons, the guest quarters in the official residence cannot be displayed.
The rear grounds of the residence can be accessed through the rear foyer. Formal gardens and water features can be viewed from the rooms at the rear of the residence.
For privacy reasons, the private living quarters of the commanding officers are also not displayed, but they are accessed by this staircase in the private wing of the house.
The more roccoco style of this part of the residence gives an indication of the style of rooms chosen by the General and the Colonel for their "home away from home".
As evidenced by the very individual "His and Hers" bathrooms.
Whether entertaining official guests or taking time out from their command to enjoy their privacy, General Spadershanks and Colonel Nepi will certainly enjoying being in "General Quarters".
