Jim Carrey Honoured
Jim Carrey will receive the American Film Institute's Star Award at the 2005 U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in February. Jim will be honored in a career tribute hosted by Conan O'Brien. The comedy festival will be held Feb. 9-13 in Aspen. The source doesn't mention whether or not the event will be televised, though considering the fact that it's a four day event, it's unlikely.

Schedule Change
Comedy Central has cancelled Conan, and Star has moved the show to 11 am. No word as to why.

I must apologize for the lack of updates throughout 2004, but you must understand that I do have other stuff to do. Plus, my computer crashed, and I lost a whole lot of material that I was getting ready to add. This includes: about 7 transcripts, images, and... well, probably some other stuff, too. Nonetheless, with a new, fast computer, I'm hoping to get more stuff finished on the site. A frames version of this site may be on the way, but I'm not sure yet. It won't be any different from this, except there will be a top and left frame. This, of course, begs the question: "Why bother?" The answer? No comment.

I've removed the Jukebox that was here, just because it slowed down the loading of the page. To hear the Conan O'Brien theme song that one graced this home page, visit the Audio page and click on the appropriate link. I'm sorry if this change has irritated anyone.

Random Thoughts for the Month
Sit back and relax...
Comedy Central cancelled Conan, and Star moved it from 6 pm to 11 am. What the hell is going on???

I swear, it seems like Billy West has appeared in every cartoon over the past decade or two. Just look at all the characters he's played: Fry, Prof. Farnsworth, Zoidberg, Zapp Brannigan, Ren Hoek, Stimpson Cat, Peepeye, Slimer, Mayor McShane, Doug Funnie, Roger Klotz, Catdog, Glurmo 1, Mini-Glurmo 1, Mini-Glurmo 2, the Honey Nut Cheerios Bee, Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, Porky Pig..... I could go on.
These are the thoughts of the C-Train, so please don't put them on your site without asking me first (contact info is in the left margin). I probably won't say "no".

If you would like your random thoughts on this site, send 'em in and we'll post them.
