| Our son Derek and his lovely bride Christina. Both are hard working wonderful people. Married 1 year, Derek is a machinist and Christina is finishing her first year of Law School. She is studying Corporate Law. Both has been great supporters during my journey toward surgery as well as after. |

| This is my brother and sister in law, Ron and Carolynn. These fantastic folks took time out of their lives and came to Las Vegas from Cottage Grove, Oregon, to be with me during my surgery. They stayed. got me up walking and did more for me than I deserved. Both Sam and I will be forever grateful for their help as well as their continued love and support. |
